Conditions of hire

The rental of the mobile home is weekly from Sunday to Sunday.
In low season shorter rental periods are possible.
Your mobile home will be available from 2pm on the Sunday
and should be vacated before 9am on the day of departure.
On arrival please telephone or send SMS to the number you got with your booking confirmation.
Mobile home keys are available between 2pm and 8pm only on the day of your arrival,
(unless by prior arrangement.) No refunds are given for late arrivals or early departures.
ON ARRIVAL ALL CLIENTS MUST LEAVE A DEPOSIT OF €150 IN CASH.
This will be refunded on your departure after the mobile home has been verified
for CLEANLINESS and the INVENTORY.
If your departure is out of office hours, your mobile home will be checked
the following day and your deposit posted to you.
Your mobile home is fully equipped. This includes all cooking utensils, gas hob, refrigerator,
220 volt electricity and mains running water, only the sheets and pillow cases are not supplied.
Outside table & chairs, sunloungers, parasol included.
We offer a hire service including bed linen, cots, high chairs,
microwaves, TVs, irons etc. Items available on request.
An inventory list of equipment will be inside your mobile home.
The client is required to replace all lost or damaged items.
The management is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
IN YOUR OWN INTEREST SAFES ARE AVAILABLE AT THE RECEPTION.
The client is responsible for the cleaning of the mobile home during his stay
and especially on the day of departure.
The management reserves the right to keep a part or all of the deposit.
A cleaning service is also available at the clients own cost upon request at us.
Clients are requested to follow the campsite rules.

Terms of payment and reservation

The reservation:

The pre-payment:

To reserve the mobile home, a pre-payment of 100 € per week
(200 € per week home for July / August.) is required.
This pre-payment becomes due with the return of the bookkeeping form.
Only after receipt of the bookkeeping form and the entrance of the pre-payment on our account
we will send confirmation of your reservation by post.

The payment of balance:

The remainder must be credited to our account 4 weeks before your arrival.
At later payments the mobil home owners reserve the right to sublet the mobil home otherwise.
After receipt of the remainder on our account you receive a written payment of balance confirmation
and further information from us for your journey.

Cancellation of reservations

If you should have to withdraw from a reservation, inform us please immediately in writing!
With a resignation from the reservation over 60 days before journey we keep 75 € handling charge
until 60 days before journey the pre-payment is not returned
under 14 days before journey the total rent becomes due.

The date of the postmark is relevant for it!

We recommend the conclusion of a travel resignation insurance to you.
